OUR STORY
Built for girls with big dreams.
Nord Rhythmic Academy opened in 2025 as the first rhythmic gymnastics club in the city of Raleigh. It was founded by Sofiya Chatzigrigoriou with a clear purpose: to create a place where girls do more than simply attend practice—they learn to work toward ambitious goals, grow as athletes, and reach new heights in the sport.
Today, Nord has grown into one of the strongest rhythmic gymnastics clubs in the Research Triangle area. We welcome athletes at every stage, from their very first class to advanced competitive and elite-level training.

Nord Rhythmic Academy offers high-quality rhythmic gymnastics programs for girls ages 3 through elite level. Our programs are designed for different ages, abilities, and goals, with individual attention that helps every athlete receive the support and challenge she needs.
We are proud to provide a positive, professional training environment where every child can build flexibility, strength, coordination, musicality, confidence, and discipline—regardless of her starting level. We identify young talent, prepare athletes for competition, and guide each gymnast toward new victories and personal achievements.
