Appearance & Uniform Standards
Gymnasts must train in leotards or tight-fitting athletic wear.
Apparatus must be maintained in clean condition.
Training Etiquette
No food or drinks in training area (except water).
Phones and distractions are not allowed during practice.
Parents may observe only from designated areas.
Health & Safety
Notify coach of injuries or health concerns before class.
Participation requires signed waiver and compliance with policies.
Enrollment Commitment
Enrollment reserves your child’s place in the program for the entire session. Tuition is billed monthly, but enrollment is considered a session commitment.
Auto-Renewal
If you do not notify Nord Rhythmic Academy of your intention to withdraw at least 30 days before the end of the current session, enrollment will be assumed to continue and your contract will automatically renew for the next session.
Withdrawal Policy
If you withdraw mid-session, you are still responsible for the full session tuition, since your child’s spot and training plan are reserved for the entire term.

Bring-a-Friend Discount
When a new family enrolls upon your referral, both families receive 10% off the first month of tuition.
Family Discount
A 10% tuition discount is applied for the second child from the same household.
A 15% tuition discount is applied for the third child and beyond.
Family discounts remain valid for as long as siblings are enrolled simultaneously.
Early Bird & Loyalty Discount
Pay tuition for 3 months in advance and receive a 5% discount.
